No.  Since around the betas of 9.0, I have been aware of -en_CA
being preselected when U.S. English is the initial choice for
language.  There have been some complaints that de-selecting
-en_CA before selecting another myspell results in a warning that
all the OO.o packages will be removed.  It is OK to choose -en_US
first, then de-select -en_CA, which is what I have an eye for
doing, now.  Only -en_CA is being automatically selected in this
type of case for this period of time, AFAICT.

Ok, it seems that it's the missing myspell in rpmsrate which is
causing that. Gwenole will fix. Thx.
