Currently, it is:
Hewlett-Packard; HP P4829J L1820 18.1-inch LCD Monitor; 0; 25-82; 54-88; 1

1) I would replace P4829J with P4829
2) I would add the missing ID which is "HWP12dd"
3) the frequency reported by ddcxprobe is different : 31-80 56-75

So this must be :
