libgtkspell0-2.0.3-2mdk still has a requirement for libpspell-devel, even though the
latter is part of the obsolete pspell/libpspell4(-devel) packages.
You have built libgtkspell for the new (lib)aspell 0.50.x, which include its
own pspell library. The virtual package libpspell-devel is not provided in
libaspell15-devel. So you should probably replace
Requires: libpspell-devel
in gtkspell.spec with
Requires: libaspell-devel
As the old aspell is no longer provided, it should also be possible to
remove the old pspell packages, provided this dependency (and similar
dependencies in other pachages are fixed.
