Fails to connect to internet on a Network using DHCP automatic IP configuration
even though the network card (eth0) is set up and ready. Using a D-Link DFE
530TX NIC card as a via-rhine. Worked under all previous versions of Mandrake,
stopped working on RC1. After attempting to manually configure the card using
the advanced settings of the wizards provided, the card still fails to connect
and after a reboot of the system, the computer locks up and fails to boot into X.
System specs are:
