I just downloaded 9.1 RC1 and I don't recall seeing the Privacy Policy screen,
so I'm closing this bug.

The "Mandrake Privacy Policy" screen appears with the text box scrolled to the
bottom. It should start at the top so the user can read from top to bottom.
This is Mandrake Linux 9.1 beta 3.
