and the %preun is broken too:
/sbin/shorewall clear
/usr/share/rpm-helper/del-service shorewall $1 shorewall
where del-service does "service shorewall stop", which makes
"/sbin/shorewall clear" useless.
once again, "service shorewall stop" should do what "clear" does!
