Onboard hpt372 works fine as a straight ATA controller, but when set up as a RAID, installer detects it but does not install properly. ( ext3 fs the only option for formatting the raid? ) 3) installer complains about bad partitions but installs fine. 4)when it goes back for a reboot the HPT bios says that Raid Array is broken and asks for it to be deleted or hidden.
