I am reopening this bug. The popup menu does NOT appear where the pointer is,
it always appears in the middle of the screen. If I place the pointer on top of
the "Start" button, the menu still appears in the exact same spot (middle of the
screen).

The "Windows Key" pops up the system menu, but it appears in the middle of the
screen rather than in the bottom left corner like it should.
This is Mandrake Linux 9.1 beta 3.
