This problem has existed for several months now.  live_update is looking for a
file that doesn't exist, and defaults to running it from the cdrom if it isn't
in the proper place on your cooker directories.

I reported this error on the cooker list at that time.

Attempted to run ./live_update for 9.1rc1. Recieved following error:

Mandrake Linux Live Upgrade.
Unable to find Mandrake Linux Installation Cd-Rom in the first drive.

Same error occurs running /mnt/cdrom/live_update from seperate directory.

Recommend either fixing the bug prior to release, or simply removing the
live_update option.
