"bug" in KControl, I think not! KControl does already export some colour settings -
via ~/.gtkrc-kde. Perhaps Galaxy could be modified to read/use this? I'm not a GTK
expert - and I'll gladly admit that Geramik and QtCurve are more hacked up to get the
colours right, than done properly. But at least they work, and for me (and quite a few
others) this is good enough.

Well this currently does not exist - if and when it does, it's just a matter of
removing the code to read Qt's settings (hardly rocket sience...).
