Using the Feb 21 cooker, doing an update over an install of the same cooker and
not even trying to configure the network, my static IP address (which had been
set to 192.168.1.100) gets reset to the value of my gateway (192.168.1.1),
resulting in messages at the next boot to the effect that address 192.168.1.1 is
already in use. I can't really give a reproducible case, but it seems to occur
when the network has previously been configured to use static IP with a gateway
and the configuration tool is re-invoked.
This has also happened sporadically in 9.0. I'm getting the feeling that these
tools are a little biased towards dhcp these days :-)
