Note that since Cooker uses XFree86 4.3.x, you should use both GATOS
drivers for XFree86 4.3.0 and latest avview from gatos.sf.net (and don't
forget to use the latest drm kernel drivers as well).
Perhaps once XFree86 4.3.0 is out and GATOS gets synced, Cooker could
switch to GATOS drivers again.
Just for a record, MDK9.0 shipped with GATOS drivers for XFree86 4.2.0
and that's why avview 0.10.8 worked.
