In RC1 installation of the individual packages starts and says the estimated
time will be 20minutes, after downloading two copies and burning 4 cds on
different machines the results are still the same where the system is still
reading the first cd copying programs after 40 minutes, this does not happen on
9.0 or 9.1 beta 3, second a third cds takes around 10 minutes each, the drive in
the pc being tested has also been replaced to no avail. Intel 845G chipset with
Intel 2.53Ghz processor, 256Mb memory, ICH4 845G video with 64Mb shared memory.
