In the Summary phase when upgrading from 9.0 to 9.1RC1 on a Thinkpad T22, I get
the following error:
An error occured
output in file /mnt/etc/ntp/step-tickers failed: No such file or directory
There is no way to ignore this and continue with a "clean" installation finish,
so you have to hard reboot the machine. The installation appears to be
finished at this point (but maybe not) since it boots fine.
