This is a bug for aspell DICTIONNARIES, not the aspell package..
Fill bugs against each broken dictionnary packages, not aspell main package..

As the structure of aspell dictionaries have changed from 0.33 to 0.50 all
language packages have to be lifted to 0.50 also to work.
