Quotas are know working with 2.4.21.0.pre4.3mdk at last, BUT only with new quota
utils (>=3.04).
This is because 2.4.21.0.pre4.3mdk is compiled with:
CONFIG_QFMT_V2=y (good)
# CONFIG_QIFACE_COMPAT is not set (good, too)
So, you should immediately uprade to quota-3.08 ( see attachment id=156,
bugreport 968 ) for a working quota system in mandrake 9.1.
