It is fixed on my part (writing of gtkrc files)
I noticed the same problem of KDE not applying the default Galaxy
theme instead of keramik.
Laurent, could you take a look?

Hi,
I've noticed that in RC1, after running through Mandrake FirstTime Wizard, my
KDE desktop was setup without some of Mandrake's new Galaxy stuff being selected:

1.) The Galaxy KWin theme was not selected, rather Keramik was.
2.) The color scheme was not Galaxy.
3.) GTK apps were not themed with Galaxy. This can be fixed by creating a .gtkrc
and .gtkrc-2.0 file in the user's home directory. To insure KDE color matching
works, I recommend using the following format for .gtkrc and .gtkrc-2.0:

(note, in each case, "/home/test/" should be set to the user's $HOME)

.gtkrc-2.0:------------
include "/usr/share/themes/Galaxy/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"
include "/home/test/.gtkrc-kde"
-----------------------

.gtkrc:------------
include "/usr/share/themes/Galaxy/gtk/gtkrc"
include "/home/test/.gtkrc.mine"
include "/home/test/.gtkrc-kde"
-----------------------

If, when setting up a user, you include these two simple files, you will insure
that non-GNOME users will have a system with proper theming of GTK apps.
Otherwise, the user will get plain old default GTK without theming.
