Scenario: Upgrade from 9.0 to 9.1 RC1 AND fresh install of 9.1
Problem: With the upgrade, X only displays a "fuzzy" triangle waring icon
(under gnome), using a custom XF86Config-4 file. Under a fresh install, X
crashes immediately and displays something about not being able to read the
BIOS. After some tweaking, I got it to actually boot, but the screen seems
to "shake" any time the display changes (i.e. move the mouse pointer). I got
the latest Savage drivers from Tim's webpage
http://www.probo.com/timr/savage40.html
and installed them and X works perfectly now. This is probably because there
were changes to the driver for 4.2 or 4.3 and the old version is still being
used.
