I should have brought this up before ...

When creating a replica on my cooker box, I tried rsync'ing the
/var/lib/ldap from a 9.0 box (ldap master), which did not work. I then
used ldapsearch -h master -L|slapadd -c, which worked, and my slave has
stayed in sync since then.

So, there must have been a change in format somewhere? db3->db4??
