------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-02-26 05:42 ------- This is still occurring in the 20030225 Cooker. I now have nine entries in the /etc/sysconfig/desktop file for the mdkkdm. Here is the contents $ cat /etc/sysconfig/desktop DISPLAYMANAGER=mdkkdm DISPLAYMANAGER=mdkkdm DISPLAYMANAGER=mdkkdm DISPLAYMANAGER=mdkkdm DISPLAYMANAGER=mdkkdm DISPLAYMANAGER=mdkkdm DISPLAYMANAGER=mdkkdm DISPLAYMANAGER=mdkkdm DISPLAYMANAGER=mdkkdm ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: I am filing this bug under kdebase because there is no package listed for mdkkdm in the bugzilla package list. When updating mdkkdm from cooker as each new package is released, the script is adding the line DISPLAYMANAGER=mdkkdm to the /etc/sysconfig/desktop file even if the line already exists. There were ten instances of that line in the file after upgrading to mdkkdm-9.1-12mdk tonight. The expected behavior would be for the script to check the file and if the entry already exists, make no change.
