I just thought of something..., later I will try to make optional build switches so that you can rebuild apache2 statically with any of the MPM's and with/without php+perl+?. What do you think, waste of time? I've been wanting to do this for a long time now, but never got into actually fix it. The binary and configs has to work side-by-side with current setup.
