Repeated attempts at continuing by pressing the "OK" button just cause the error message to re-appear. On previous installation, I rebooted the computer and after Linux did some consistency checks it seemed to work OK, though networking did not work initially until I went in and configured it. Note: I am attempting to install Mandrake Linux 9.1 RC1 as a guest OS in VMWare 3.2 Build-2230 (current build). Originally I had the parallel port LPT1 emulated in VMWare, and thought maybe this looping problem was caused by the PrinterDrake loop mentioned on the Mandrake Linux main site (though the printer was not on at the time). I re-installed the OS, this time without the parallel port installed. Same problem. Jeremy Mlazovsky Visit our web page! http://www.TheMlazovskys.com --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!?
