Hi! I do currently my first steps in rpm-building. As a first try I want to make a spec-file for a kernel-modul (don't ask ;)).
While trying it I have several questions. Bewar they may be answered in one of the howtos, so please don't flame me. 1.) I want to have the kernel-version in the rpm, since it is a kernelmodul. Is there any easy way to do so automagically ? 2.) Where does the following configure-options come from? Can I switch them off ? I only want some self defined options passed to configure. ----------snip------------- '[' -f configure.in ']' + ./configure i586-mandrake-linux-gnu --prefix=/usr --exec-prefix=/usr --bindir=/usr/bin --sbindir=/usr/sbin --sysconfdir=/etc --datadir=/usr/share --includedir=/usr/include --libdir=/usr/lib --libexecdir=/usr/lib --localstatedir=/var/lib --sharedstatedir=/usr/com ---------snip-------------- If this is offtopic, is there a list there I would be on-topic ?
