Just noticed the following with the following packages:
kdebase-3.1-56mdk
kdelibs-3.1-41mdk
galaxy-kde-0.1-10mdk
On all webpages, the buttons (the ones that appear with HTML code <form> <input
type=submit> </form>) do not appear (see for instance http://www.google.com).
This issue disapears when disabling Galaxy in KDE.
