Hi just installed libmyodbc-2.0.50.39 and it installed an invalid symlink:
183030 1 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 68 Feb 27 14:25 /usr/lib/libmyodbc-2.50.39.so -> ../../home/warly/rpm/tmp/MyODBC-2.50.39-root//usr/lib/libmyodbc.so.2 I installed this in order to be able to try to access the 'Organize' button for ODBC datasources under the Data Source URL in Openoffice which always gives me the following error: Could not load the program library libodbc.so.1 or it is corrupted. The ODBC data source configuration is not available. I checked and libodbc.so.1 is a symlink in /usr/lib to libodbc.so.1.0.0 The only similar mentioning of this I found was when the libodc.so.1 was in /usr/local/lib that it needed to be moved into /usr/lib This is on cooker with all the latest updates.
