Just download the SRPM and rebuild with "rpm --rebuild
iptables-1.2.7a-1mdk.src.rpm", that worked for me. Alternatively you can
download the tarball from netfilter.org, compile statically linked
binary and replace the binary in /sbin with it.

A rebuild from both the current cooker src rpm (1.2.7a-1mdk) or the netfilter.or
tarball works fine, but when I use the current binary rpm (also 1.2.7a-1mdk) in
the mirrors I get the error above!

I guess the binary package needs a rebuild.
