[Cooker] MySQL requires perl-DBI

perl-DBI is needed by MySQL-4.0.10-1mdk

I guess this is because MySQL use some perl script requiring perl MySQL 
interface, contained in the same package as the MySQL DBD driver, which 
requires perl-DBI. Yet another reason to split it.
