------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-02-28 23:16 ------- Created an attachment (id=248) --> (http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/attachment.cgi?id=248&action=view) dump of the KDE copying program I was copying 1 file from my home directory (on /dev/hda_) to my floppy disk with Konqueror (drag and drop). Although the copy ended, my floppy device continued to run. I assume the core file comes from this copy program since it had the good date. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: NEW creation_date: description: I think this is not an autofs problem, but automount reveal it. On Mandrake 9.0rc2, some software attempt to access to /home/baudens. This is not a big problem, except my /home is under automount. So, 20 or more times on a burst, my server complains about no existent directory for NFS mount. With 70 computer on network, this is hard... This happens when using KDE, but I can't figure if it is involved. On Mandrake 8.1, same problem, but with /home/lmontel ! Otherwise, autofs and NFS is OK, opposite to MDK8.2 ! Thanks.
