Some package already include conditional compilation options, but most simply
don't. You have to install source package, edit spec file, and rebuild them.

I just had this info from drip developper:
Fixed.. should have included the bundled mmx.h , which is done now. I'll
commit to cvs lateron today,
However, it's not clear for me why a mmx.h should be needed at all while i
want to build without MMX support.
