------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-03 00:40 ------- I've had to reinstall Mandrake 9.0. My fiance was getting tired of having no net access at her machine so I really had to no choice. I will be upgrading to 9.1 when it is finalized though...There are a few bugs in 9.0 that I can't figure out (printing is my biggest concern--the lack thereof to a network printer). Sorry I will not be of any more help in finding bugs. __________________________________________________________________ The NEW Netscape 7.0 browser is now available. Afterward, the internet connection wasn't shared so I went and tried to reconfigure. It said that Internet Connection Sharing had been configured but was currently disabled. So I told it to reenable. Still the same results. No matter how many times I tried, it still said that internet connection sharing was disabled. My feeling was that this was a problem with shorewall, so I went to the Firewall Wizard, and sure enough the wizard said that the firewall was blocking nothing. So I tried to tell it to block everything. Still no internet connection sharing, so I go and check the firewall settings in the wizard again--it says nothing is blocked. Regardless of how many times I tell it to block everything, it says nothing is blocked. This RC 1 seems to have more bugs than the original beta. I had very few problems with 9.1 Beta 1 and am having tons of problems with 9.1 RC 1. In fact, sadly enough I've had to resort to booting into XP so that I can print and share internet connection with my LAN.
