[Cooker] reboot does not work in Windows 98

I have tried rc1 at a friend's home to test its hardware.
Before rebooting to install rc1, we have tried the autoexec provided by 
9.1 install cdrom:

On w98, the autoexec starts well, but the button "reboot" doesn't reboot.
