You are right, this was just a problem of hdlist not up to date on mirror and I
was thinking a bug has been made for this and that it was 2110 (problem on
mirror) so sorry.
So there is no problem in urpmi anyway, but in mirror (or from our side
duplicating a bad hdlist). This should be fixed soon.
Use synthesis file instead (edit /etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg to change with_hdlist and
add a synthesis option).
