description:
Hi guys,
I did an upgrade from 8.2 to 9.0rc2. During the "Summary" phase I get the error
An error occured
output in file /mnt/etc/ntp/step-tickers failed: No such file or directory
The error happens after you click "Ok" on the summary page. Pressing OK on the
error dialog causes the installation program to return to the summary page. Doh!
I checked the filesystem and there is only an etc/ntp.conf. No etc/ntp directory.
Creating an etc/ntp directory on console 2 fixes the problem. The installation
continues.
You may wish to consider a button along the lines of "Skip Step" or "Pretend it
Worked" on the error dialog box (on expert mode at least).
