I will reiterate that I have already found that with default network settings accepted during install, "host `hostname`" does not resolve but GNOME does not complain. Only after running drakconnect does GNOME start complaining, and "host `hostname`" still does not resolve. I don't think I tested "host `localhost`" -- Greg
