The message string gets cut off at the first non-ASCII character as seen in the
linked screenshot. The text should have been this:
'Eines der folgenden Pakete wird ben�tigt:'
The console message is this:

My locale is de_DE.
I've seen problems like this before, you just need to convert the messages to UTF-8.
