------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-05 00:58 ------- I found a way to resolve the problem, when I added hdd=ide-scsi to kernel options (hdd was my dvd drive, it is now scd1), i didnt't modify my /etc/fstab so it still contained /dev/hdd. When I opened diskdrake for my DVD drive, it showed the settings for /dev/scd1, but there was no entry for this periph in /etc/fstab, so there was no settings for it in diskdrake. Perhaps should diskdrake provide defaults when adding a new drive or modifying a existing one. I found a trick to make it appear, I had to open the type window, then just clic ok (without changing the type, currently auto), and when I reopened the mount options, supermount was here :) (actually, it doesn't really help because diskdrake doesn't apply settings, but that's another bug)
