Start kmix and put its controls to maximum. It does not make the volume maximum (100%)
and sound seems much lower than expected. Now run aumix and it shows the PCM and Vol
to
be at 80% the value!! Once aumix settings are set at 100%, I get the volume I
expected.
Obviously, kmix is doing something wrong.
