It's because there are no more feature in expert than in recommended mode. Each
install step has an "advanced" button if default choices are not enough.

In MDK9.1rc1, the only way I found to choose between what used to be
called "recommended" or "expert" installations is by passing it at the command
prompt. Why is there no graphical way to choose any more?
