------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-03-05 14:51 ------- """"I'd like to be able to say urpmi <package> and then try the ftp/http sites first and then try the cdrom (e.g. when not connected to the internet).""" This is kind of already possible, all you need to do is tell urpmi from which source it should get the packages, for example, you have the sources cdrom1 cdrom2 cdrom3 and cooker1 cooker2 as sources in your list you can tell urpmi to only get packages from cooker1 for example with command: urpmi --media cooker1 nameofpackage I think this is what you were looking for. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: It'd be nice to be able to change the searching order for packages when specifying sources. I'd like to be able to say urpmi <package> and then try the ftp/http sites first and then try the cdrom (e.g. when not connected to the internet). I don't know if this is possible, but at least an up/down button in the software sources manager would be a welcome addition
