Just upgraded to mandrake-galaxy-9.1-15mdk and it seems like the bug is solved. The
welcome page now displays correctly and in Swedish.
Two minor things though: The checkbox "Open this window on startup" is in English and
so
is the KDE dektop icon (Welcome).

The welcome page that pops up is not found when using Swedish install. The error

The file or directory /usr/share/mdk/mandrakegalaxy/mdkgalaxy.html does not exist.
With US English install it works correctly.
