Thanks Nice to know it's not me. Actually I had some older config files for
squid but it appears as though the new rpm's made the same changes I usually
do by hand so the new ones were more in line with my modified config files.
In the end I just kept the new config files since there were quite a few
changes to them. It would appear however that both my old config files and
also my new ones give this exact same error.
I usually run squid behind privoxy. which worked just fine in the past.
