If one does a minimal install then selects all the packages one wants this bug should appear (I tried it 5 times, 3 of which I got the bug). When the requirements box pops up one can click ok or cancel. If the bug occurs one can click the ok button and nothing will happen, and sometimes when one clicks the cancel button (when the bug occurs) it will go back to the group package selection page. Also when clicking on back in any of the screens after the group package selection but before package installation any changes made manually to the packages selected will be erased and all packages in the groups selected will be selected for install again.
