BTW. J-M; I just remembered..., "mod_disk_cache" has to be loaded if any of 
the "mod_proxy" stuff is to be used since functions has moved. I don't know 
if this yet is documented anywhere? I think I had this sorted out earlier, 
but totally forgot about it along the line..., sorry.
