Hi,
when a message dialog occurs that has a text substituted for %s in msgid, the
substituted text is not decoded from UTF-8.
I'll attach a screenshot which will save a lot of words, it is in Czech locale -
have a look at the third line (Chyba:)
It is not a translation bug, and it appears in a lot of dialogs (Missing GPG key
warning, incorrect GPG key, etc).
