Okay, I threw a quick outline together and posted it here. From a content perspective, the best thing to do is probably to wget the file, make your contributions/edits and then send me the diffs. I'll keep working on it and post updates as I get submissions and write content myself. As the content develops, I suppose it should be converted to docbook format.
