That's it. When I run it using LD_LIBRARY_PATH=<full directory path to libc.so.6
(version 2.2.5 with or without strace -eopen)> compupic loads and execution is
normal. No segmentation fault. Thank you very much for solving this problem. Now
all I have to do is get Photodex to fix compupic, fat chance. Again, thank you
for all your help.

I have been running CompuPic from Photodex on previous versions through
2.4.19-24, the latest update for Mandrake 9.0 Now that I have installed 9.1rc1
for testing purposes CompuPic dies on loading with a segmentation fault. Sorry
but there is no core dump nor any other error messages other than the
segmentation fault message.
