Retested in Mdk9.1 RC2.

Summary screen still reports that my nVidia GeForce 2 Graphic card is not
configured so I configure it. This time when I tested it there was no video
garbage and I could see the yes/no box and timer OK. However, there were no
colour bars; just a white background present.

Rebooting, and the login window screen was OK. KDE display is OK.

So this bug looks fixed apart from no colour bars on the test screen.

Settings were GeForce2 DDR (generic), Monitor: [EMAIL PROTECTED], res:1152x864
24bit colour.

My GeForce2 has 64Meg RAM.

description:
During installation of Mandrake 9.1 RC1, at the summary page, it reported that my
video card was not configured. I selected the configure video card option and tried to
configure my Nvidia GeForce2 card with 64MB memory.

I tried various monitor and resolution settings but all settings seemed to generate
garbage displays. I could see the box with the yes/no option and the timer counting
down. I had no problem with the install of Mandrake 9.0 for my video card. This looks
like a regression.

When I rebooted after the instal, X started but the background of the login window was
missing and no text was seen. There was the user icon so I clicked on it. This
displayed the password prompt and I logged into KDE.
