this bug has been fixed between beta3 and rc1. sorry for not noticing this bug,
but it was duplicate with another similar one.

Cookers,
I have spent several days to download Mandrake Linux 9.1 beta 3 with my 56K
modem.I hope it is worthy to be done.But it is so buggy that no one (Chinese
users) could use it.The serious one is the bug which makes Chinese characters
cannot display in DrakX!I boot my PC with the CD1 to install,and then I choose
Chinese(Simp.,both GB2312 and utf-8),to my surprise,it doen't display any
Chinese characters!This doen't only happen to my PC,but to all of us.In the
Chinese BBS http://www.linuxsir.com ,so many people fould this bug and were
angry with the bug.
And then,I press Ctrl+Alt+F3,it shows like this:

This bug MUST be fixed before releaseing the version 9.1,because if the bug
still exists in 9.1,Chinese users even cannot install Mandrake Linux!
Note:whether fixing the bug or not,please reply me soon.You'd better tell me
the reason of the bug.I can translate your answer to Chinese and explain it to
Chinese users,because so many users thinks that MandrakeSoft will not support
Chinese any more and want to buy RedHat instead of your products.
