This is very controversial. Does it _really_ need the mysql server on the same host?
Many of my packages has these unneeded dependencies only to make life easier. RPM
doesn't have any "MaybeRequires:" or "SuggestedRequires:". I could throw in all these
kinds
of requirements and recompile freeradius, no problem.
