[Cooker] ATI Users

If you have an ATI card with tv out, can you please update to the 
latest avview and try it again.  I think it should be fixed now.

Also, can ATI users try out the gatos drivers (package called ati.2).  
Obviously they are beta software, but if they really screw up your 
system, I'll have to remove them.
